How to Register
Everyone who is coming to XLR8 must register. That includes all non-delegates, all spouses of ministers, all children. Everyone.
No one will be allowed into the conference meeting room, or any of the associated events (workshops, women’s activities, receptions, etc.) without a nametag. We depend on registration fees to pay the costs for the various conference activities.
You can register in three ways.
1. Register Online
Use our online registration system. You'll be able to pay using a credit card. The system is being finalized.
2. Registration Brochure
Registration brochures will be mailed to all churches in mid-February. You can then mail your registration information and pay by check.
3. Register by Phone
Call Healthy Ministry Resources (the national office) and talk to Cathy Reich. Toll-free: 888-622-3019.

Meals
All meals will be on your own. There are numerous restaurants nearby, including several at Sawmill Creek itself.
Lodging
You must arrange your own lodging. Most people will stay at Sawmill Creek, but numerous other hotels are located nearby. Sawmill Creek, we understand, is full at this point.
